By accessing or using our platform, including purchasing trading bots, accessing educational content, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). MrAutoBot provides the following services:

• Trading Bots: Pre-built, backtested trading bots with full source code for the Alpaca API.

• Newsletter: Regular updates about new bots, strategies, and platform improvements.

3. Use of Content and Intellectual Property

All materials published on this Platform, including articles, graphics, trading bot source code, strategies, and downloadable resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Purchased Bots: When you purchase a trading bot, you receive a license to use, modify, and deploy the source code for your personal trading purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
• Educational Content: You may share or quote short excerpts from blog articles and course materials, provided that proper credit and a link to the source are included.
• Commercial Use: Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of content requires prior written permission.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post spam, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.
• Use content for illegal or misleading purposes.
• Resell or redistribute purchased trading bots or source code.
• Use bots or strategies in a manner that violates Alpaca API terms of service or applicable financial regulations.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

Payments for trading bots are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD. Due to the digital nature of our products (source code), all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent product delivery. Contact newsletter@mrautobot.com for refund requests.

6. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing for bot purchases.
• Alpaca API: Trading platform integration (subject to Alpaca's terms of service).
